I've not been on here for a while, but X is becoming too toxic, especially Musk's behaviour. How can we sort out our problems in the UK whilst someone like him is stirring things up with stupid, puerile comments that are lapped up by the racist thugs!

Can't remember what day it is that I've been in hospital but today is the culmination. Today is open heart surgery. Today may be my last.
To say I'm scared is an understatement.
If you hear from me again, then I made it, if not, I didn't x
Whatever happens, get the Tories out!!!!

Such a strange spot we're in. Global media coverage of climate dropped notably in October - not good

But it's still higher than basically the entirety of the 2010s!!

If you are someone who works on climate media / activism, you helped do this! It's good!

So Sunak has decided not to sack Braverman, pretending it was just a scuffle about what she put in The Times and not an issue of her profoundly sinister abuse of power or the fact that he’s running scared of her Tory attack dogs.
What an utterly unprincipled and pathetic man he is.

Serious question.

Who is funding the visit to Israel by Mr Boris Johnson? Disgraced former PM of Great Britain. The buffoon who picked up the ball of Brexit that Cameron dropped and made it even worse.

Anyone able to answer?

Day 45
I'm still in hospital, but now I'm at Hammersmith. Another day, a different hospital. I still don't know for sure what is going to happen. All I know is I'm here until at least 25th November. More trainee doctors wanting to listen to my heart murmur.

Day 40 cont.
Bi polar lady found. Apparently you get 5 breakfast items for £5 in the canteen and there's a nice hot chocolate machine down there too.
She'd scoffed the lot before security found her.

One of our patients is missing. She's bi polar and last heard she was heading off to look for a full English Breakfast. Security are searching the hospital for her - first stop the main restaurant!

Day 39
Yesterday I wrote a letter to my husband that he will get if I don't survive my impending open heart surgery. I've been trying to find the strength to write the ones for my young children for them to read when they're older, if...

Day 39.
I've heard someone die since I've been here. She was quite elderly and frail and would writhe around in agony begging for some peace. When it came it came quickly.
Strange being across the room for such an intensely personal moment. Nurses running, crash team arrived

1 year ago today Sunak became PM, promising this👇🏼

He went on to break that pledge & instead “deliver” all this👇🏼👇🏼

Lies, corruption, nepotism, spending million £’s on private jets/helicopters as kids go hungry etc 😡

IMO he’s as bad as Johnson, just more oily.. do you agree❓

The Tories are like the rats on the Titanic... Except this time, the rats have reserved seats in the lifeboats, they've sold the deckchairs to their rich friends & they're all deliberately making sure the ship sinks to hide the evidence when they've gone.

Real sense now that the position of many major charities - that they can hold substantial funds in reserve and not pay their staff properly, all while campaigning to end poverty - is coming under hard scrutiny.
