What I love about phone now days having such great cameras, it gives you more leeway to get creative with perspectives.
Also, I find it weird I'm more willing to put my $1000 phone in weird places more than my much cheaper mirrorless camera...

Perspective is everything. I literally shot this in front of a public bathroom. It was a bush of bamboo, about 3 feet high.

I wonder if as a society we spend too much effort in trying to make our lives better, that we don't appreciate how good we already have it...

I used to feel like I needed to carry a "pro" camera with me with fancy lenses. I still enjoy taking pictures with it when I want to play with depth of field or some other thing that would take time to set up. But a cellphone camera is probably good enough 95% of the time...
