I use an app that analyzes hr data using the flash and camera of my phone. Anyways, my readings always look like this and literally do nothing all day. I don’t know how to get out of this pit

I find myself endlessly scrolling not knowing how to balance not doomscrolling myself to tears vs being informed and knowing when I (we) lose my (our) rights. Or stop being a person.
I recognize myself seeking connection but being immediately overwhelmed by brain fog and fatigue
