Change has never been easy. It takes persistence and determination, and requires all of us to speak out and stand up for what we believe in. As we honor Dr. King today, let’s draw strength from his example, and do our part to build on his legacy.

It's a gradual journey for me, want to do it right this time. Last time I rushed it lost too much weight and it caused health issues, find it hard balancing things and being a carer too its non-stop and I don't have the time to eat right or think, so carefully as I go and learn from people.

He joined but told me he won't be using it as he has already enough social media to juggle with sadly. I love Kristoffer a great guy
