Just finished up the night fishing with some friends, genuinely Webfishing is one of the coziest games I have got to play. The whole time we were just getting excited about each others catches and chatting about whatever.

I had this guy teleporting in and out of real space and out from the shadows of researchers in an underground facility to hunt down my Lancer crew. The entire map was shifting between the various states of the planet as this happened, nearly one shot one of them but they got through it

Clover, being a speedy fellow with a penchant for large explosions would be best served by the Monarch. This is known for its licence providing some of the most potent explosive payloads in the game and also making them reliable. A fast, hard hitting mech that with a paint job would do well for him
This is the Monarch mech from the ttrpg LANCER. It is a bipedal mech with mainly red plating and a very streamline design. It's chest and the underside of their fore arms are white plating. It is holding a grey blue rifle with a scope. The head is oblong and rests between two miniature missile racks with fins on top of either one.

Kit would pilot the Gorgon, a frame that is very notable for moving to the aid of their allies and punishing any enemy that would strike them. You could def add a two handed charge blade to reference Dark Knight and tanking

“Let’s talk about this like civil people”: the Fated needs to succeed on an opposed social check to be able to take hostile actions against the Divider on their turn. The Fated gain a +1 on the check if they can provide a convincing argument.

The wispy voice returns Joan to that dream. Reaching out, falling, strangling, dying. It feels like it rings with the same tune. Joan wants to shake her head and violently rattle the words out of her ears or vacate it in other means. She would cry it out from her eyes, vomit it out from her mouth, dig through her skull and pull it from her brain like it was a fat slug nestled in a decaying log. In the same thought Joan wishes to follow it with the determination of a sleepwalker and the cautious footing of a child roaming around unfamiliar halls in the middle of the night.

Just a look at the most recent progress on Chapter 2 of my most recent writing on a character that has their hooks in me.

Joan is a complete mess and I love her for it #writing #wipwednesday
The text reads: The deep breath of the post-shower humidity was not as refreshing and centring as Joan would have wanted but it did what it needed to. As she got dressed with the new, clean clothes that were on the sink counter. She could feel the desire in her mind to do what was natural and spiral. To use all of her creativity and intelligence to cannibalize whatever intent she had. She refused her mind's instinct to become an ouroboros. She heard Geneva stand up outside the door. Joan did not invite the myriad of situations that were playing out in her mind. Joan let the thought of Geneva coming through the door and breaking her nose fade away. The idea of the force and catharsis of throwing a well placed elbow were pushed to the side. She didn’t linger on the crunching sound or the pained noise Geneva would make. The response after the elbow was thrown and the unfolding of the fight that would ensue was left as a distraction in her mind. Joan walked to the door now fully clothed and freshly clean. She did not think about how terrified it made her to consider actually being fully truthful. How it felt like once one of the tight stitches that kept her together was undone then the rest would follow suit. Her entirety would spill out on the floor. This well travelled woman who was seemingly meant to be a peer of sorts would be entirely correct to not trust her. Whatever plan Alexander had with her would be canned, whatever bright future would flicker out and die. That thought was left to fade away as the door was pushed open.

Well I was trying to make a model and eventual diorama of my OC and the character I am playing for CAIN, Joan Doxx

BUT my laptop can't really handle blender when I get to the sculpting point

I got to the point of having hands but after remeshing it my compy can't deal with it

The wave of emotions that crashed on to Joan had her desperately reaching out towards the body that seemed to stretch on endlessly above and beyond her. She reached out for a desperate need to console the creature. It wasn’t pity, it was regret. It wasn’t regret for what she had done, it was regret that the sin was created in the first place. It was regretting that all that it knew was pain and hunger. It didn’t get the chance to be anything else.

Alright, first event was a warp storm... kind of foreboding but nothing too bad... I hope

Either way our faction is going to be named after @darkmirrormedia.bsky.social and the settlement after @captainzenscuel.bsky.social

little bit of an update of the initial colony currently
a RImworld pop up that allows you to name your faction and colony. Top Text: "Since it looks like you'll be here for a while. Ygalas (the name of one of the Tau colonists) thinks that you should give factions a name. What should your faction be called?" In the top text box: Shas Kau'ui Jas'damir "Ygalas also thinks that you should give this settlement a name. What should this local settlement be called?" In the bottom text box: Zen'scuel A map of the Rimworld colony. There are two rows of rooms with wood walls and beds in them. To the left of those is a small room with a stove and butcher. The bottom right corner has a stockpile room. The large stone hill is being mined out currently by tow colonists.

Alright, starting up the Tau colony in a large hill boreal forest that was near a road for easy travel. In my head canon this is a scouting force, which would be called Pathfinders, to see if the planet is suitable for becoming a Tau colony.

This is our immediate drop zone, lots of potential!

•Zir is what happens when a detective in a crime infested city becomes too invested in it. The shadows cling to the person and having to be so many different things to so many different people, you forget who you are.
