When I say Meta/FB does the silliest of things, this is what I'm talking about. We have been issued 14 case numbers. They referenced 1 & say "the case has been closed & it's final." Y'all - tell me it doesn't leave you as baffled as it left us.

Still the battle persists with FB. Can't tell us anything, can't do anything, needs main person to call them - no way to call them. What a joke. Can't make a business ads page because the name "isn't allowed" because it's a "bad word". GTFOYFB

Had to break down and pay for meta verification just to speak to FB. 3 days and 3 CSRs trying to get my page back. No luck and no idea on how I was "impersonating". This is so frustrating. Wish they would just give us a legit answer other than "No."

I'm trying to follow everyone from FB, because I got suspended for "impersonation", but it doesn't show I have a violation which I means can't appeal anything, so I'm screwed. Hopefully I hear back from FB Support :/
