APC 2026 delays mean doctors left technically unlicensed to practise, through no fault of their own. This is not a minor admin glitch. This is patient safety, workforce morale, and system credibility on the line. MMC needs to buck up. 🩺

Malaysia’s kidney failure crisis is real. Up to 10 years wait for a donor kidney, only 4 public hospitals doing transplants, and over 10,000 still waiting. We need more donors, more capacity, more urgency now 💔 www.nst.com.my/lifestyle/he...

Malaysia is finally treating organ transplantation as a true national priority. A central command centre, new council, stronger laws, faster donor pledges via MySejahtera… but we still need the public to step up. 400,000 pledges vs 10,000 waiting lives says everything.

Removing special allowances from doctors serving Sabah & Sarawak is not “cost cutting.” It risks demoralising frontline staff, worsening retention, and weakening already stretched services. If we want equitable healthcare, we need fair incentives, not penalties.

Malaysia keeps talking about a mental health crisis, but keeps funding clinics, not prevention 🧠
