I think the way they closed ranks and excommunicated Corbyn was the last nail in the Coffin for me... it's unequivocal now that labour has no interest in the working class or the most vulnerable in society.. the Blairite faction has pretty much complete monopoly over the party now =/

With the recent ruling, and TERFS stiring the pot in broader society (people I know parrot TERF talking points/think trans women are rapists) has made it harder for me to want to be out in public as trans.. Trying to reach out to groups but difficult not to feel alienated/retreat to stealth..

Best we can hope for is the users start splitting and making their own small little clusters on small domains, but too small and disparate to really latch onto Internet culture at large or to maintain, thus slowly fading into obscurity.. but honestly that feels like a pipe dream =/ 2/2...

Glad if it stays gone, I fear that they'll just find another outlet to latch onto. can't deny the (unfortunate) staying power and presence that 4 chan had for Internet culture at large (since 2003).. feels like this momentous totem for the alt-right has been pulled down.. 1/2
