I’m being so honest when I say this. My dad had Alzheimer’s. I took him to MOST of his appointments. Yes the doctors would tell my dad THE EXACT SAME THING! Even when he said he was only 46 (he was 82). They typically say good things to him as to not agitate him. They would then tell ME the truth.

Doctors don't order MRIs to look at "outstanding" brains. They are looking for evidence of strokes or dementia.
