Finally allowed myself to visit a fabric store. I found these panels so I have to come up with something by November. Our Bombers aren’t exactly playing their best but I’m still hopeful they’ll be in the Grey Cup. If not, Wpg knows how to hold a great party so it will still be fun!

These very hot, smoky days are keeping me inside a lot so I’m working on some of my fall and winter projects. Making progress on this one that has totally intimidated me since I bought the pattern🤣. It’s starting to shape up and I may actually get them both finished! Feeling pretty proud!👏

Things to do in Winnipeg. It’s Folklorama time!! Tonight was a visit to the Chile Linde Pavillion.
Things to do in Manitoba. A day trip to Morden with a stop in Winkler for some terrific Mexican food at Flavors of Mexico. Then on to Morden to visit the Canadian Fossil Discovery Centre. An easy drive from Winnipeg and an excellent way to spend the day!

Things to do in Winnipeg. Spent Canada Day afternoon visiting the Royal Aviation Museum. Funny how we travel to other places and visit their museums, galleries, and other attractions but often ignore what’s on our doorstep. I’m committed to getting re-acquainted with my city this summer.
