I detoxed from TikTok & did sooo well BUT…I’m hooked on it again howEVER the content im watching is MUCH more positive & motivating. HOWEVER 😂 I’m going to work on trimming the amount of time I’m on there. It’s so tough though.

Today ultimately went well: Highs were getting caregiving help for me & in my home,laundry,and meal prep for lunch ✅ successfully with help completed! Yay. Accomplished two zoom appointments ✅ last up is waiting for grocery food order to be ready to go pick. Flaring pain,but hanging in 💜🫩😊💪🏽🙏🏽👏🏽
