If she is receiving benefits (such as disability) from Social Security they may have her listed as being an incapacitated person and they may only want to release her card to a personal representative. That might explain why they want the medical records.

Does Kirk think if a guy and girl hookup five drinks in at 2am and she wants to peg him and he removes consent, but she still does it, is it still a murky middle grey area? I bet he’s more clear on that one. Or maybe he’s into that sort of thing.

Even if everything along the supply chain was 100% American, the cost will still go up because grocers are greedy corporations and will raise the cost and blame it on the tariffs bc they can. They’ll gouge your wallet until you break.

Many seniors in care home pay their facility via their social security checks. The facility becomes the representative payee and takes the entire benefit and manages any surplus for the resident. No SS means they get kicked out of their facilities. Many of these are memory care facilities.

I don’t think it was an error. I think an agreement was made with El Salvador to deport all El Salvadorans and Venezuelans who have not yet naturalized regardless of status in exchange for $$.
