It is not a fucking "entitlement" same as SS Retire..We paid into it, they keep stealing it.

If you know the injunction in refer. to the suits, the art. ⬆️ may explain better. I need to research- things may change by nxt wks ruling that was already sched. *Ignore Judge Rushing's "opinion" 🙄 for the moment-Thats going to get complicated I think the referred to "overstep" was done by design 😉

Okay, it's been a long time since I've done this type of work. And I dont know all the suits filed so far basis.. ok I have rewritten what Ive tried to day several times it gets complicated but its not ...its law 🙄 I found an article that explain THIS order from the 4th Circuit of Appeals... cont-
