It is important to recognize that Goddess, the origin of matter, of life, and even of thought itself, is NOT perfect. Goddess IS change. Perfection is fixed and inflexible by definition. Perfection is, in fact, Her opposite, Her greatest adversary. She is life. Perfection is death.
If I live under a system in which a cop can be found to have violated my rights and NOT be charged with a crime as a result, I simply cannot in good conscience serve on any jury.
If I live under a system in which Justices defer to money, I simply cannot in good conscience respect ANY judge.

The 2nd law of thermodynamics tells us that the preference of our universe is for stagnation and order. Pretty much the rest of the natural laws tell us the preferece of life is AGAINST order. Perfect uniformity is the heat death of the universe, while diversity is the very meaning of life itself.

So, just to point this out: The US GDP is roughly $29.18T. California's GDP is roughly $4.1T. If every state pulled equal economic weight, then the CA GDP would be roughly $583.6B. Which means California is pulling just over SEVEN TIMES their fair share. We must be doing SOMETHING right, Mr. Trump.

Republicans get to define Democrats not because Democrats allow it, but because FOX propaganda ENFORCES IT. FOX won't platform Democrats in any meaningful way. They haven't once in almost 30 years. FOX reform is the ONLY way forward. That will require actual laws with actual enforcement. #foxlies

We don't have trial by jury in the US. No jury has EVER had final say in the US. Certainly not in the last 100 years. Appellate judges have the final say. Especially in civil matters. Our "justice" system is actually a "judge" system. You're not likely to find much justice within an American judge.
