Violence isn't the job of elected officials. We didn't elect them to go to prison or take a SS bullet for us trying to do a job we, as a country, gave them no power to do. You want tomatoes and soup cans? Organize a group like minded individuals, get your affairs in order, and go to it.

Intermissions are a necessity.

"Drowned out in the national discourse..."

Interesting way to put it. It's easy to get drowned out when the media is, and has been, complicit in silencing you.

Fetterman sold himself as something he isn't. But, it's more that he's trying to play the long game in a purple state that pretty much went red across the board this election. As long as he continues to vote with the party, I don't have the emotional bandwidth to care.

I'm as pissed about Garland's inaction as the rest, but Trump could and would have run from prison and won. We have nothing to prevent that.

It should be, "Thanks, McConnell!" Who got the court he wanted and could have prevented the monster's return, but chose to roll the dice instead.

No one would turn down a patient owner, the chance to pick your own GM, and a hefty bag either. Not for an OC position. Leftwich learned that lesson.

It sucks for Bucs fans, I get it. But beyond that, it's just business.

I understand why Bucs fans are upset. Anyone else questioning it is crazy. Patient owner, GM pick and a hefty bag? No one turns that down for an OC gig. No one.

Disingenuous crap. They like C-sections because they are less intrusive (for them) and are a better version of the "husband stitch.

Yeah... I'm skeptical of that motive.

This is it exactly. It doesn't matter which way we go, they will go away from it. In a sane world, regrouping at center would be a reasonable plan. That's not our reality, if we move right to cater to them, they'll just just dig themselves deeper. At this point, might as well swing for the fences.
