signed up Nov '24 as the other place was getting way too "complicit" and unpleasant. Want my FoM back. #FBPE
I don’t understand why so many voted for them after Starmer declared we’d never #RejoinEU “in his lifetime”. He lost me then.

yes, abhorrent. I've felt politically homeless since the eve of the last GE, TBH. Starmer's "not in my lifetime" stance on rejoining the EU did it for me and this just confirms his cowardice.

Let’s stop pushing for a YMS and instead insist on rejoining the CUSM as a minimum! The govt needs to stop trying to appease all. Voters lost to Reform will never come back + meanwhile they’re losing “Rejoiners”

except it's nowhere near enough. We need to rejoin the CUSM and Starmer needs to know he won't stand a chance of getting our vote until he drops his red lines. Let's not be so meek, let's demand more.

if you spent a little more time exposing Farage for the fraud that he is they wouldn't have a chance. This has begun in the last couple of weeks (post "Muskgate") but needs more input from the likes of you.

Starmer will never get my vote if he doesn't rejoin the Single Market at the very least. Lost my vote on the eve of the last election with his "not in my lifetime" BS.

“Rejoin”?
December 25, 2024 at 11:26 AM
No

YMS would be a bad idea overall. It would enable the govt to drag its feet on restoring FoM to the rest of us. There’s only one path + that’s CUSM before full Rejoin. We need to be ambitious for the whole population + Starmer needs to understand he’ll lose power if he doesn’t get his skates on.
December 11, 2024 at 7:10 PM
Rubbish idea. Instead of piecemeal shuffling back to a still far worse relationship with EU than we had in 2020 Starmer should stop p*ssing about and simply rejoin the Single Market, thereby ensuring some of us might actually vote Labour at the next GE
December 10, 2024 at 11:06 PM
No, no compromise. Our message to govt needs to be strong + clear - Single Market or you’ll never get our vote again!
December 9, 2024 at 7:01 AM
yes, but can we agree that youth mobility schemes and FoM for musicians is not enough and would only enable the govt to drag its feet on FoM for ALL? CUSM = OK, #rejoinEU, obvs OK but most everything else is a diversion.

No chance of any meaningful “change” under Starmer. We’d have been better off with a hung Parliament
December 4, 2024 at 4:53 PM
it all seems a little premature to me...still 4 years to go filled with who knows what ridiculous Trumpery to sink their "reputations"
December 3, 2024 at 11:43 PM
Maybe...or they could continue trying to out-Farridge Farage. Could go either way.
December 3, 2024 at 11:30 PM
Labour are hardly helping themselves, though
December 3, 2024 at 11:22 PM
yes, we need a new PM.

yeah, good luck to them “representing Keir Starmer…and Nick Thomas–Symonds” 🤦‍♂️
