He had X-rays today. His lower jaw is a mess - not fixable. He will never be able to fully close his mouth and can’t open his mouth more than 1.5 inches. He can eat well but can’t groom himself. CARA, a local cat rescue is giving him a chance! The vet will extract his broken canines tomorrow.

Rescued a cat today that we’ve been feeding for a few weeks. The vet says it looks like he had a serious run-in with a car at some point. His lower jaw was broken and fused in the wrong position so it’s hard for him to eat. He’s a sweet boy - likely an abandoned cat. Why do people do this 😡
