Ada, on the other hand, is highly treat motivated, and any song that fits her vibe will get its lyrics changed to be about treats. Think Heart’s “These Treats” or Bonnie Tyler’s “Total Eclipse of the Treats”.

We had a corned beef in the freezer we needed to use up, and a cabbage in the fridge, so a fusion meal - corned beef with Dijon mustard, roasted carrots and potatoes, sweet-and-sour cabbage, cabbage and apple slaw, and a slice of sourdough bread.

Personal boundaries notity others that you have the right to have your own opinion, feel your own feelings, and protect the privacy of your own physical being." Sounds ok so far. But as Lily Scherlis explains, "boundaries" feels psychoanalytic, but it isn't. In fact, boundaries in psychoanalysis can often be the source of our issues: an impossible desire to separate from others, to invent an ideal that needs nothing beyond itself. The over-emphasis of boundaries in relation to other people creates a kind of capitalist fantasy of independence that justifies the refusal of our obligations to one another. This refusal serves as a means to select what enters us and what we expel, as we strive to create an idealized, individualistic lifestyle.

Much like gAI, a lot of the danger is in assuming the underlying data is comprehensive and accurate. (I have a lot of additional opinions on Palantir. Maybe I’ll write them up someday.)
In some ways, Palantir can be seen as an amplifier of people's intentions and biases. It helps them make evermore precise and intentional decisions, for better or for worse. But this may not always be obvious to Palantir's users. They may only experience a sophisticated platform, sold to them ing the vocabulary of warfare and hegemony. <strong>It may feel as if objective conclusions are flowing naturally from the data. When Gotham users connect disparate pieces of information about a person, it could seem like they are reading their whole life story, rather than just a slice of it.</strong> "It's a really powerful tool," says one former Palantir employee. "And when it's in the wrong hands, it can be really dangerous. And I think people should be really scared about it."

We have two cats, both have many songs. The tortoiseshell demands all lyric choices are treat-related, the grey tuxedo boy, being the Michael McDonald of cats, insists on yacht rock. My husband and I will duet so we can do the backing vocals as Fitzy.

I found this obituary of our state senator, who my dad knew and would call if there was anything he wanted to express his opinion on. My parents supported public education, even though they sent us to parochial school (for decent reasons).
Common man lost friend in Clifford ‘Tiny’ Krueger … In early 1983 Krueger retired from the Legislature, and his farewell speech addressed both the past and the future. He spoke of the oath of office which he first took in 1947. "Today, as it did then, that oath confers two very important obligations. There is the obligation to provide vigorous leadership in solving the state's problems. There is an equal obligation, one often overlooked, to be sensitive and compassionate toward those who lack the power, or the means, to compete in the society you govern.” Krueger recalled he was committed to the dream of "Fighting Bob" La Follette. "His was the dream that one day every human being would have a life of dignity and honor. … "You must remind those who want to delay the dream that human dignity is not a privilege dependent upon prosperity.
