Get a tennis ball between your back and the wall and roll it around. Might work too. It sucks when Im trying to draw lol

Bring the affected shoulder backwards and move your neck towards the painful side. I don't remember the verbage, but it sounds like a nerve impingement. Leaning into the painful side alleviates the stretched nerve I think. Not a guarantee but try looking up Rhomboid pain
