On a box made by wife's grandad.
We know he served in ww2, from Cumbria and ended up in Lubeck in the mid/late 40s.
It looks Irish (harp) but there's no reason for him to be an Irish regiment.
Any ideas?

I should give it another go especially as I'm currently exiled in the shed "working" which has the benefit of having an amazing stereo/sound set up
