So this year started shit. Pipe under sink burst, need to renovate. Got hotel rooms for my family, insurance is coming through. Maybe the Luigi effect?

Lol. I thought I was total shit at slapping bass.
Don't get me wrong, I suck at it still, but turns out most of that was due to truss rod being over-tense.
By crook or hook, I will be slapping the shit out of this bass along with Sanctified by Nine Inch Nails sooner than later.

Last workout, I was surprised I could hit 130lbs comfortably on shoulder press on the tail end of the workout.
Fast-forward to now: You've been 2-man carrying 100lb steel tubes above your head to match taller coworkers, dummy.

I've realized something silly.

The lot owner seems to be prepping to sell the damned place, but it's still nice.
Means us siblings can move forward with the plans to buy a REAL house for my mom to settle in for good. No retirement homes.
