i haven’t had much success in that department ngl…i’ve just reached a point where idc anymore 💀 if you think i’m weird/intimidating, great. NEXT! 🗣️ (easier said than done, obvi, but so is everything else)

i went through something similar. there’s a certain peace in having someone look at you and validate the things you’ve known about yourself. i started with my pcp, who referred me to a psych, who completed an eval. i take meds for ADHD, but 🍃 is the only thing that helps the tism. just stay strong!
