very excited to be part of the rivals zine!!

my personafucking series gets all its titles from Nothing At All by the Foo Fighters. put me back in it comes from Francesca by Hozier... the list goes on. music is a huge writing inspiration for me! I latch onto lyrics and then they inform huge parts of the story lol

some other songs for other fics... I generally have a theme song for all of them and frequently that becomes the title lol no ballad will be written comes from Florence's No Choir. dimly lit shooting star comes from Dimly Lit by the Sonder Bombs.

for wyab: obviously its namesake, Can't Go Back by the Crane Wives. it defines Goro's entire story arc and for me was the theme of his redemption: "all the self-loathing in the world won't change a thing," "the time has come for moving on," "all things end and all things change."
