“Last Supper of Queer Apostles” is both unflinching indictment of fascism, neoliberalism, pink washing, and colonialism AND celebration and testimonial to that glorious phaggotry and gender fuckery that can never be neither defined nor contained by any government.

What especially gets me about this one is how it is told through the lens of those who cannot leave when everything goes to hell. The locas and travestis (as they are lovingly dubbed) in this book make heaven from hell, glamour from tragedy.
