In center is a greatly edited photo of Sydney Town Hall's clock tower. It is greatly oversaturated, with billowing clouds of red, green, and yellow, surrounding it. The clouds have hard edges, and vivid colours. Inside of some of the clouds are black regions, filled with sparse dashes of vivid greens, reds, and blues. These are also pixilated and have a white haze dashing off of them, in an interlaced pattern. These patterns drip out to the rest of the canvas.
