I didn't get my Autism dx until September of last year and I turned 36 in October. It's been a wild ride of unmasking and healing, and it's not easy, but I'm glad we finally got it. Whatever the outcome, this doctor is thorough and accurate and will help get the accomodations that my child needs.

My day was a mess!! We all felt like trash, I made a gluten and dairy free Thanksgiving dinner anyway that was delicious, but I was super triggered and in a bad place. I was glad for sleep and to wake up to a new day. We've all apologized to each other and we're working through it. Life is hard 🫶
