John Gardner (PhD of psychology), Otis Bowen (MD), Louis Sullivan (MD), Donna Shalala (PhD; not sure what in though), Tom Price (MD), Don Wright (not a doctor, but went to med school and has a masters in Public Health), and Dorothy Fink (MD) all either had doctorates or degrees to practice medicine.

Oh absolutely, keeping the public parking free is probably cheaper than charging for it, but if Danish communities are serious about electrifiying parking lots (probably another way to phrase that), it's a place to start discussions.

Something that could be done is a minor tax on gasoline/petrol or fee for public car parks, something like a Euro, minor enough that to most people it won't mean much but would add up quickly?
