It only needs 3.5% of a population to change a political system and only 25% to change social norms. At the moment the wrong 3.5% seems very loud. But they're only screaming because they know change will come eventually & will have to give up power. 8/9

The similarities to actual 2025 are horrifying!
But I would like to remind us all that we are powerful and so many people already do whatever they can to make a change for the better. However powerless you feel, however small & impact less you feel, don't believe it. 7/9

After trying to stay neutral because space-time continuum they find themselves in the thick of it and help with an uprising & a hostage situation. With Jadzia Dax's help they manage to broadcast what is going on in those sanctuaries to the world. 5/9

First it's homeless people who are put there, then people with mental health issues, then unemployed people and then basically everyone who can't show an ID, even when it was stolen or you forgot it at home. Sisko & Bashir realise fast how dire the reality in those sanctuaries is.4/9

Those sanctuaries apparently exist in all major cities in the US and are 'supposed' to help people get back on their feet when they find themselves in a tough spot. They're separated by walls from the rest of the cities and once in you won't get out. 3/9
