someone (the skate fairy) sent me new wheels as a gift and I'm floored by the gesture as I've not had someone do this for me before. I'm still in shock as it doesn't seem real to me.

not sure what #garmin load numbers mean still outside of "bigger number means harder workout"

but I got my high score last night. was a lot of fun skating at the rink!

had to share somewhere. I'm working on weight loss with #zepbound and #rollerskating and just looking at a scale hasn't show much change. about 1 pound in the last 3 weeks.

However, when scanning my body composition, it shows 7 lbs of fat loss and an increase of over 4 lbs of muscle!

a few months ago this pupper was abandoned on our road. after walking them looking for their owner, i wasn't able to find them.

I'm happy to say they've been adopted by a neighbor and is living a good life with other puppers and some good owners!

Rivv, Thrice Linked was born in a fight against the BBEG of a D&D campaign that has taken 5+ years to get to this point. She began her journey as Mave, a bartender who lost her mother and girlfriend in a horrific murder which started her down this path. She started dabbling in leyline magic against the better judgment of half the party. As she delved deeper into leyline, she became Rivv and something changed. She tapped into her lineage as the next person in a long unbroken chain. along the way, she was kidnapped multiple times, found peace with her losses and became a new disciple of a god, Revelry (god of parties, booze, and all that fun stuff). since the leyline magic she harness is entropy I imagined her lineage reverting to chaos and consuming her while giving her more power.im hoping to turn this into a painting in the future. , I
