Project Proposal has been handed in now, a major weight off my shoulders but now I am going to have to do a thesis project.

A little re-draw from the first chapter of the manga "Boita Boine". I came upon it during a deep dive for comics. It's nice, but this one panel really made me picture a STAR and her absolutely chopped hair so I decided I would give it a crack.

It goes beyond just story content; the tone, art direction and presentation are all absolutely phenomenal. The cutscenes are horrific yet stunning. Barraged by state propaganda, mechanical and electrical glitches, and the cries of help of your lover that you are fighting to save.

Lots has been said about Signalis. But for me even three years after it released it has remained with me in my heart. I feel especially lucky to have found it before its release, to have played it right as it released, and have gone through the experience knowing almost nothing about it. (Spoilers)

Ahhh, ok. Yeah the holes are a little big, although this back pack takes a lot of punishment so I'm not particularly worried.

Finally put the time aside to beat the System Shock remake this month. An incredibly atmospheric and challenging experience. It really does take all of your focus at times to figure out the labyrinthine design of the station and dashing through the corridors low on ammo and health.

Her hair changes a lot through the game. Probably a large part in terms of development but one thing I've noticed is that she combs some over her eye after her eye injury before she meets Ariane which I think is incredible detail that's hard to spot in the moment.

Is drawing your iteration of Replica plating and machinery on your arms with sharpie to get reference photos at different angles a normal thing to do? Asking for a friend.
