It was a lot of David lynch videos and cheesy youtube spa music guided audios, I feel like if anything it’s been a nice way to distance myself from screen time

And get to be silly and think of all the things I normally don’t feel or think about as much when grounded in pain

I’ve been attempting to meditate for chronic pain/depression my burn out, just relaxing my focus till my mind is blank or repeating words till their blobs or strange sounds, and I get into a sweet but short lived vivid creative headspace and feel a lot more in control and peace with tension/pain
