I dont hear Swinney make a case for Zonal pricing so that those who are near the sources of the power pay less. SNP should be making developing specific energy policies - not just saying everything will be fine with Indepenence. (Even though it might be better if we take on the Energy companies)

I think different courses test different things. This course benefits the accurate driver over the great recovery shot player. The greatest players adapt to different courses.
