This training period, I am putting more focus on listening to my body for when it needs rest. If that means skipping a speed workout and replacing it with a pilates class, then that’s what I am going to do.

I’m so thankful I only need 20 units of Botox every 6 months. I’m one of the lucky ones. Also I love my injector because he never pressures me to get more units or pressures to try and other treatments.

Ran 4 miles pain free today. This is a really big deal for my recovery. Looks like I’ll be back to run club in the next few weeks!

at the eye doctor, appt was for 4:20, it’s currently 5. They had me take out my contacts for the pre-scans and that was at 4:25. Scans took only 5 min. Now I’m just sitting here blind (my rx is -7.5) and overstimulated bc they’re blasting music in the waiting area while I wait for the actual doctor
