Does my agency have any HR left? Is there anyone left at the Social Security Administration to process my SSD application? Will there be Social Security at all? Will I have my pension? Will my family have my TSP (Federal 401k) that I won’t live to see?

I am also a Federal employee. I’ve got 20 years in, so probably not at serious risk of termination. However, given my probable prognosis, I would like to pursue disability retirement.

A second set of tumors have been sent for sequencing to see if any immunotherapies might be available or any kind of trials. But are any still running? Is there any research being done? The NIH has been annihilated. 2/?
