Yup you're right. The point is it's not a good way to keep good trade relationships. Because after awhile I get sick of rejecting 10 trades that are all similar, that after awhile it becomes habit of rejecting their trades, even if they send an actual trade I might be a little bit interested in.

Sure but do you keep sending the same offer 3 times just for a different year of draft pick. Like send an offer of their kareem hunt 3 times, for my 2026, 2027, and 2028 in 3 different offers. Then do that 3 more times with 5 different players so you end up with 15 offers of tiny moves.
