I'm not a lawyer, but I'm a ccmixter admin, and the sampling+ ought to "work" legally speaking.. once a track is released under it, you can always use it under those terms.
It's kinda complicated, so I'm tagging @madamsnowflake.bsky.social in case she wants to chime in.
