oh one last thing - would be fantastic to see the constructor name on the puzzle page somewhere, especially if you'll be inviting different people to construct and/or edit

I think the crossword in general could benefit from some non-Magic fill to level out some of the proper noun crosses and also allow for trickier magic-specific cluing and trivia by giving easier crosses against those. using only magic related clues is a rough restriction

to pivot, some clues I particularly liked were 16A, 69A, and 57D

there's some crosswordese conventions that are stretched a bit (not necessarily a problem)
- 9A: "could" and "e.g" are a bit redundant, having both makes this clue sound awkward
- 9D, 42D: use acronyms when the answer is not abbreviated. 42D specifically could just say "the vastwood, with -rief"

I did personally find the clueing a little straightforward - definitely a "monday" level, so to speak. There's also a few rough crosses produced by intersecting proper nouns (47A/33D, 60A/52D) which make the puzzle difficult to solve if you simply don't know that particular bit of trivia

this was fun! I have a few feature requests to be in-line with nyt keybinds:
- toggle to disable moving to the next clue when finishing input of the current
- allow for arrow keys to shift between acr/down (e.g hitting left arrow while on downs shifts to acr, left again moves the cursor one left)
