Most pharmacy technicians who have applied have had previous leadership training, we give lots of examples in the applicant guide about what is relevant

Most pharmacy technicians have had leadership training, it tends to be the pharmacists who are lacking training. The funded #CPPE Leading for Change programme is also open to pharmacy technicians and provides this foundational knowledge

Yes because this programme wont give you information on leadership theories, models or frameworks, we need participants to have that foundational knowledge before taking a deep dive into self-knowledge and awareness, happy for you to DM me
