I’m a Dutch language and math teacher at ALASCA in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. I bake my own sourdough bread every morning. Intolerance and division drive me crazy, so do right-wing populists. I have a hard time not loosing faith in humanity. If you deny climate change, just wait.

A year ago no European was laughing at the US since you were a big brother we could trust. Now we look in disbelieve how a beloved family member is losing his mind rapidly and completely. We also try to find ways to prevent our democracies from detoriating the way yours does.

Als we ons realiseren dat de klimaatcrisis ons in 2050 circa 30% van het BNP kan kosten (mondiaal), en #bestaanszekerheid van mensen afhangt van bestaanszekerheid van de natuur, is het duidelijk waar we op moeten stemmen: Partijen die deze urgentie vertalen in concreet beleid. #verkiezingen
