It's a hospital day for me today, and I'm grabbing a quick, not so healthy breakfast between appointments. My doctor told me my brain might be broken. I giggled a bit. I told her my third grade teacher told me the same thing.

Rebecca is joining me as I devour a fabulous yogurt bowl for lunch at Ksizen Ekkamai after an amazing Sunday morning church service at International Christian Assembly, Bangkok.
Enjoying a traditional Thai meal called "cow-man-guy-tod", with fried chicken, steamed rice, a bowl of soup, cucumber slices, and a cup of ice-cold water. This is a very traditional meal in rural Thailand and a wonderful discovery just a few meters from the apartment we're staying at in Bangkok.
