The Legend of the Dragon Gate - The mythology of the “koi snake,” better known as the Myth of the Koi Dragon, is an ancient Chinese and Japanese legend about a school of koi fish swimming against the current of the Yellow River to jump over a waterfall called the Dragon Gate. Those who successfully make the leap are transformed into powerful dragons, symbolizing perseverance, strength, and reward for overcoming difficulties. In the foreground of the picture is a character who has passed through the gate and been reborn from a fish into a humanoid dragon. She walks toward the viewer and fastens her medical gown, while in the background we see the gate she passed through to be reborn. Mood: She endured the current until pain bent to her will — now she heals with the same venom that once burned her. She’s a Pokefusion inspired by Silent Hill and Asian myths. Her Story: Legends forget — dragons don’t start with fire. They start with dreamers. She wasn’t the strongest koi — just the one who refused to stop swimming. When others turned back, she dove into the storm. Her heart was forged underwater — patient, pressure-proof, fearless. On land, it beats slower… but deeper. When she crossed the Dragon Gate, she didn’t roar — she exhaled. Now her scales shimmer like silk, her claws cut like precision. She heals what water couldn’t. They say, when you look into her eyes, you see rivers you’ve never crossed. She endured the burn until it bowed to her will — now she heals with the same venom that once tried to break her.
