No PCP gatekeeper - it is impossible to get appointments timely. There is also a huge need for non-employer plans for independent contractors. Why not dispense with employer-provided healthcare plans and just have the employer be a facilitator only?

I think only the attorneys in the case have e-access, but someone can go in person to the courthouse and ask for a copy. There may be a service that does this.
