The Senate added a provision that would force anyone trying to block the federal government in court to pay a massive upfront bond, no exceptions, no matter your income. Judges wouldn’t be allowed to lower or waive it, even if someone’s rights are being violated.

It’s not quite the gotcha moment you’re looking for if they were being sued for malpractice for doing it.

If you’re talking about gender affirming surgeries, I hope you realize over 95% of them are cis male teens having breast tissue removed.

Medicaid does not cover hormone therapy and no children have ever been given surgery anyway. I’d suggest turning off FOX and Newsweek.

I think the focus on the trans community is ridiculous from a government standpoint.
Focus on the real issues like keeping children fed, educated and insured without discrimination and then we can discuss your delusions and phobias.

Religions are problematic-but just because you have faith doesn’t mean you buy into a religion. Target the religion not the people.
