Another drawing of the mayan mythical "ko-ko-xu?" Wahyis creature.

Although its name is not well understood, an interesting proposal suggests that the combination "ko-ko" represents the term "koko" which in many Mayan languages... (1/2)

A Mayan creature that has the aspect of a peccary, with flames coming out of its nose. Relatively little is known about him, although fire eating seems to be a common element in wahyis creatures.

"Fire Mouth Bat"

This wahyis is associated with the site of Río Azul, and has the form of a bat with flames emanating from its mouth. His wings are covered with bones and eyeballs, complimented by the body parts it holds in a plate, all associated with death.

This mysterious Mayan creature has the aspect of a humanoid toad with a shiny back, perhaps representing a mirror. His head is topped by a lotus flower which is nibbled by a fish and he holds a bowl with human body parts.

This strange wahyis has the from of a skeleton with flesh covering some parts of its body. It's only known for a single rperesentation from a bowl from the Tikal area.

This strange and enigmatic wahyis appears in a few ceramic vases. It belonged to an unidentified site, and it's name is not well understood. It's appearance seems to be that of a bird's corpse.
