I struggle with this. I just finished a book that was pure trash. I hated it almost from the beginning, but I went all the way.

This is so true, especially the women relatives part. Where are sons and brothers, or husbands? I have seen it for years yet am still disgusted by how few men I see. In many cases, if they do arrive, they have no pertinent information for pt wishes and arrangements or comfort for the pt.
