It’s heartening to hear you do exist. I’ve been starting to feel like this is one of those off-the-wall ideas that only makes sense because I feel the pain, not because there’s some merit to the notion.

Out of curiousity, are you in infrastructure/SRE product management? I’ve been encouraging my workplace for the last few years to consider a TPM for our infra folks, but it’s always a difficult conversation.
