My posts will focus mostly on poetry, foster care, adoption, and disability rights. The latter matters to me because I'm fully mute, autistic, and struggle with anxiety and depression as a result of my PTSD. I'm supportive to those with other conditions. I believe that together we can do more.

Every answer on this page shows why I am proud of my little brother. He went through and still goes through many difficulties, but he's not letting anything stop him. He's absolutely amazing and I love him more than he's probably even aware of himself.

. @veganhorizon.substack.com So true. Oats, beans, peas, hemp seeds, chia seeds, peanuts, walnuts, almonds, cashews, and a lot more after that—all sources of protein that don't need meat or any other animal product.
The idea that you need meat for protein is like still believing the earth is flat — easy to debunk, yet stubbornly recycled by those too slow to update their thinking.

Thelymitra longiloba (marsh sun orchid) in open heathland near Genoa, East Gippsland, VIC. A widespread sp. in VIC but highly localised + only known from small disjunct populations. 10-12 plants at this location with most opening mid-morning - this is the first time I've seen this sp. #orchids
