ive mainly been seeing people say that in the comments of playthroughs of minecraft horror mods that happen to resemble the dweller or the broken script. the actual people playing just roll with it, at most they'll sometimes complain that some mods overplay their hand and don't building atmosphere

from what ive seen the problem people have is that those mods are super trend-based. first "the dweller" came into prominence and a ton of mods copying it started popping up, then "the broken script" did its own thing and people started copying that (tho less overtly cuz tbs is more complicated)

that's fair yea, i hope you can figure out how to have both versions uploaded without making people have to pay a second time. if you've got the emails of those people you could probably send them a download code for the new version (if you end up uploading it separately)

i think if you upload tracks as "albums" with just one track instead of as singles you could later update the "album" to add the new version alongside the original one. idk if you can change that if you already have them uploaded as singles though

i don't but that's mainly because most of the stuff i have up on bandcamp is old tracks from when i was first figuring out what works and what doesn't and most of them are kinda bad and i only keep them up as a keepsake

also i disagree, if only because siivagunner is a community-driven project with a lot of different people contributing to it
