You can see in the attached screenshot that the LLM invoked the developer extension (which Goose enables by default) to execute a shell command without Goose obtaining my explicit, out-of-band, confirmation. This is what I'm talking about. It is an undo-reliant tool that doesn't provide undo.

Yikes! One major problem with the BBC report - they seem to believe LLMs crawl the internet during queries. They can't, and it looks like the tools they used wouldn't have either, unless they left out crucial details from their methodology. Temporary modifications of their website have no effect.

Zoom lets you block domains, which is very effective for preventing specific services from coming back.
The Zoom setting for "Block users in specific domains from joining meetings and webinars" is toggled on next to text that reads "Locked by admin" above text that reads "otter.al, real.al"
