Is it publicly available?

I still have all my classic consoles, from the Master System to the PSP and some in-between. Not sure about relaxing though, games were very difficult in the 90's

So, should I get a new 50** or stick with a 40** on sale? Doesn't seem to be that much better for the hefty pricetag
